Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

Typically, your products will ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouse in Palm Beach County, Florida or via one of Amazon's warehouses. Standard ground delivery is normally an additional 3-5 business days. You designate the priority of your delivery, next day air, second day air, or ground delivery. Charges are calculated based on current USPS rates. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to USPS guidelines.

Contribution to the Nicklaus Children Health Care Foundation are not charged sales tax or shipping charge. Values applied to the donation under shipping in your order confirmation is an allocation of shipping charge for the total order to each item in the order. You are not charged shipping on your donation.

International Orders:

We currently have limited shipping coverage for international orders.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from shop.nicklaus.com. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return.

The shop.nicklaus.com will accept merchandise return / exchange under the following conditions:

*All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by the shop.nicklaus.com before shipping any merchandise to our Customer Service Center. To receive a return authorization number, please email Customer Service Center at customer.service@nicklaus.com.

For returns/exchanges we offer the following two options.

  • Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • At your request we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
*If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates apply on the reshipment of an exchanged item.
*Please note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package to expedite processing of your return/exchange.
*Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stock fee.
*All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
NOTE: CDs, DVDs or other electronic media may only be returned if in the original unopened package. Undergarments are non-returnable.
*Due to the collectible nature and high value of Personalized Jerseys, Memorabilia and Auction categories, these items are non-returnable. All sales are final.
*NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
